Shippings and Returns

Orders will be processed from Monday to Friday. Orders will not be processed on weekends or public holidays in Spain. Except in certain circumstances, items will be shipped between 24 and 96 hours from confirmation.

The billing address, shipping address and payment information will be verified when processing all orders. If further information is required, the shipping time could be extended by two additional business days from the moment we receive the information needed.

If the purchased product is not available, shipping may be delayed. Should this occur, the Customer Service Department will contact the customer.

Shipping costs will vary depending on the size of the shipment and the country/region of destination.

All shipping costs will be displayed in the order confirmation.

Once your order is processed, our courier will notify the customer via email or SMS about a shipment’s progress and will offer the customer up to six delivery options so the customer can then select the delivery option that best suits their requirements.

All orders are delivered by an external courier company, and only express delivery.

Express delivery time is currently in 1-4 business days from the moment the order leaves our warehouse.

Acerina Cecile is not responsable for any unexpected delays that may occur during the shipment done by the external courier company.

To ensure proper and safe delivery, all packages must be signed for upon their arrival.

Orders to be shipped outside the European Union or to those countries or territories that do not apply intra-EU value added tax (VAT) may be subject to local taxes and import duties, which must be paid by the customer. Acerina Cecile shall not be made responsible for any such additional taxes or duties.

Any risks (in particular, loss, theft or damage) related to the products delivered will be borne by the customer from the moment of delivery.

Shipping restrictions

Before submitting your order, please bear in mind that international import laws, which vary by country, restrict the importation of certain materials.

Cancellations and Returns

You have 24 hours to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed, you will need to contact customerservice@acerinacecile.com since it is possible that the packaged may have already been dispatched.

Once you have received your order, any items for return must be in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging, tags and other accessories items included. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted and the items will be sent back at customer’s expense.

Any shoes for return must be unworn, in the original packaging including the shoe box and fabric bag, and placed in a shipping box for protection.

When trying on shoes, please remain on a carpeted surface to avoid damaging the soles. All accessories items must be returned unused, with the original packaging and tags.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please notify us within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt, by filling the form from the web and sending it by email to: customerservice@acerinacecile.com

Once this is sent;

Return procedure:

  1. You will receive an email with your Acerina Cecile return authorization number (RAC number). Print the PDF document with the Acerina Cecile return number (RAC number) received and place it inside the package of the article being returned. The returns received without the corresponding RAC number will not be accepted and will be returned back at customer’s expense.
  2. Prepare the item(s) for return, with the complete original packaging and any accessories.
  3. Write on the back of the shipping box all your information (full name and address).
  4. The pick up request will have been automatically generated at the corresponding courier office who will contact the customer to arrange a package pick-up day; that must be within fourteen (14)
    calendar days of the date you received the Acerina Cecile return authorization.

* There is no shipping charge on returns if you use our shipping company.

Returns will only be accepted if the item received at our warehouse is in perfect conditions and with all the original packaging. This verification process will take three (3) business days from the date of receipt.

The amount paid (excluding any original shipping costs) will be credited to the original payment card within approximately fourteen (14) business days from the date the return is received and approved.

Once we receive the confirmation, the customer’s card issuer receives the information and so the total time it takes to get your money back will depend on their system and rules.

Acerina Cecile reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions and to send back the package at customer’s expense. Acerina Cecile shall not be made responsible if the item(s) to be returned are lost, improperly addressed or sent after the return deadline. The customer assumes all risks entailed in shipment of the item(s).
